Although RINGANA products speak for themselves, without our Fresh Partners who are working all over Europe on behalf of freshness, RINGANA could never achieve its unique growth. Every month in this feature, we turn the spotlight on our most successful Fresh Partners.

 

What was it about RINGANA that captivated you right from the start?

The green philosophy and the business opportunity, no question about it. Although it was actually the other way around – first the one, then the other. I found out about the business opportunity and the sales model from a woman I trusted completely, who wasn’t yet a Partner herself at the time. She told me some funny, true stories about successful Partners and even though I couldn’t believe it entirely, I was incredibly interested. I’ve been an entrepreneur all my adult life so of course I’m not going to ignore something like that. The second step was RINGANA’s green philosophy. I knew it had to have that if I was to become a Partner. Because if I was going to give my good name to something, the ethos had to be 100 % right. And it was – so I became a Partner.

How do you contribute personally to the grand RINGANA Vision?

What every active Fresh Partner contributes who works ethically, enthuses people, and guides Partners as a responsible mentor: together we are making umpteen thousand bathrooms greener. And we are offering people the chance to lead a free, autonomous life through self-employment with little risk which we can all shape within its secure and sensible framework to suit our own visions and goals.

What is your absolutely favourite RINGANA product?

Do I really have to name just one? (laughs) I love the facial care. The FRESH tinted moisturiser is a must – whenever I go out. The FRESH tooth oil – mega! The CAPS… no, I can’t name only one. I have almost all of them at home and there isn’t a single one that I would want to give up.

 

What tip can you give new Fresh Partners who are just setting out on their exciting RINGANA journey?

You need to be absolutely certain why you started. Why are you doing it? What’s your motivation? What is it you love about it? And where do you want to go? In my opinion one of my most important duties as a mentor and manager is to tease out a powerful motive with my Partners. Essentially there are two types of motive: “going towards” and “getting away from” – they can be equally powerful, it depends entirely on the individual. Some people start their business because they know they want to “get away from” being employees as quickly as possible. For others – as is often the case in my team which has lots of mothers – it’s about “going towards” a self-determined, free life with their family. Both can be very powerful motives and then, of course, there are also financial motives. RINGANA and RINGANA business mean lots of preparatory work so to make sure that you stick at it and do what’s required, you have to know exactly why you started out and what it’s going to help you achieve in life. Once you know that, your personal success is the logical success of your activities.
